Quick answer: WashHouse delivers laundry, dry cleaning, curtain cleaning and carpet cleaning to all ten Arabian Ranches 2 communities: Azalea, Camelia, Casa, Lila, Palma, Rasha, Reem, Rosa, Samara and Yasmin. Pickup and delivery are free, most laundry orders come back within 24 hours, and orders have a minimum value of AED 40. Book through the app, the website or WhatsApp.

Arabian Ranches 2 is made up of villas and townhouses, many of them with four, five or even six bedrooms. A home that size runs on a different laundry rhythm from an apartment: more beds, more windows and far more floor to cover in rugs.

Below are the communities we serve, followed by what residents of larger villas usually need from a pickup service.

Arabian Ranches 2 Communities Covered by Our Laundry Pickup and Delivery

Community	Home type
Azalea	Standalone and semi-detached villas, 3 to 5 bedrooms
Camelia (Camelia 1 and 2)	Modern 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses
Casa	Contemporary 3 and 4-bedroom independent villas
Lila	Family villas with Spanish and desert-themed architecture
Palma	3 to 5-bedroom family villas
Rasha	Large 4 to 6-bedroom independent villas
Reem	Gated enclave of 3-bedroom townhouses
Rosa	Spacious 4, 5 and 6-bedroom villas
Samara	Desert-themed 3 to 5-bedroom villas with green courtyards
Yasmin	Large 4 to 5-bedroom independent villas

How Living in a Large Arabian Ranches 2 Villa Changes Your Laundry Needs

Once a home passes four bedrooms, laundry stops being a weekly chore and becomes a logistics job.

Bedding multiplies. Five or six beds mean five or six duvets and sets of sheets. Bulky items like these are what our bed and bath laundry service is built for.
Windows add up. Full-length curtains in every room collect dust and cooking smells over months. Most homes should clean them every 6 to 12 months.
Rugs cover real ground. Large family rooms and bedrooms often hold sizeable rugs that are heavy to lift and awkward to clean at home.
Entertaining leaves a trail. Table linens, napkins and formal wear need proper care after a gathering, which is where dry cleaning and wet cleaning earns its place.

Laundry and Fabric-Care Services Available in Arabian Ranches 2

Service	Best for	Timing
Wash & fold	Weekly family laundry	Most orders within 24 hours
Dry cleaning	Formal wear, delicates, abayas	Fabric-specific care
Curtain cleaning	Sheer, blackout, velvet and heavy drapes	1 to 4 days, from AED 21
Carpet and upholstery cleaning	Rugs, carpets, sofas	Pair with curtains in one pickup

Villa owners tend to ask about curtains first, and about how long they will be without them. Sheers return in 1 to 2 days, while blackout, velvet and heavy drapes take 3 to 4 days, as explained in our guide to how long curtain cleaning takes. Pricing is broken down in the curtain cleaning cost guide, and the curtain and carpet cleaning service covers both fabrics in one visit. Not sure whether a quick steam is enough? Compare on-site vs off-site curtain cleaning.
