Although there was some initial miscommunication and inconvenience with my order, I really appreciate how Shazib professionally handled the situation.

He took the time to listen to my concerns, sincerely apologized, and made sure everything was resolved fairly and that my laundry was washed and delivered as promised.

I truly appreciate his understanding, professionalism, and excellent customer service. It’s reassuring to see a business that takes customer satisfaction seriously and makes a genuine effort to resolve issues.

Shazib Thank you for your support and for making things right!

My overall experience with this laundry company was average. On the positive side, the customer service was good, and the staff were polite and responsive, which I appreciated.

However, the laundry process took longer than expected, and when my curtains were delivered, they were simply dropped off without being hung back up. This was quite inconvenient, as I expected a more complete and professional service.

While I appreciate their customer service, I believe there is definitely room for improvement in terms of efficiency, delivery, and overall service quality.

I wouldn’t say it’s a bad company, but I also can’t say it’s a particularly good one. Overall, an average experience that could have been much better with a little more attention to detail.

On top of that they provided curtain dismantling and reinstalling services completely free of cost & I also tried their bedding laundry service they picked up my bedsheets, duvets, and throws in the morning and delivered them back to me the very same night I am highly satisfied with their quick turnaround, efficiency and professional service Highly recommended for anyone living in Valia at Dubai Creek Harbour
